My name is Randy Jones, founder and owner of Fine Remodeling, a licensed and insured general contractor serving Delaware and Pennsylvania, including Chadds Ford, Avondale, Kennett Square, Ridley, Chester County, and New Castle County.

With over a decade of hands-on experience, I’ve built a reputation for delivering high-quality construction, additions, bathroom renovations, kitchen remodels, and complete home transformations. Every remodel, repair, or build deserves a dedicated, skilled team — and I take pride in bringing the right professionals together to make your vision a reality.

I’ve always enjoyed a challenge, both in business and in life. As a former runner, I’ve pushed my limits in endurance events, including the Mountaineer Rumble 100k in November 2020. That same determination and focus drive the work we do at Fine Remodeling — turning your ideas into spaces you love.
At Fine Remodeling, we believe a successful general contractor does more than build homes — we help build stronger communities. Based in Delaware and Pennsylvania, serving Chadds Ford, Avondale, Kennett Square, Ridley, and surrounding areas, my wife and I are dedicated to giving back.
From coat drives for the homeless to constructing shelters for stray cats, our mission is to share the good that life has to offer. We’ve partnered with organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Faithful Friends, and Sunday Breakfast Mission. In 2021, with the help of Nic Decaire of Fusion Race Timing, we hosted our own Holiday Run, raising funds for Home of the Brave, supporting homeless veterans.
We look forward to continuing charity events that support local causes while delivering exceptional construction, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, renovations, and remodeling for our community.
